Pour vous expliquer sans chichis quelques grands principes de viticulture et vous faire partager mes questionnements tout au long du mill\u00e9sime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre Novembre et Mars, <strong>la vigne<\/strong> est en dormance mais le vigneron est quotidiennement dans ses parcelles car en cette p\u00e9riode s\u2019effectue une t\u00e2che cruciale du <strong>cycle v\u00e9g\u00e9tatif de la vigne<\/strong> et qui conditionnera la r\u00e9colte en Septembre: la taille.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourquoi taille-t-on la vigne ? Dans quel but ? Comment ? Nous allons traiter de ces sujets au cours de ce deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9pisode de Cultiver Ma Terre.
