Il est aussi question d&#8217;une approche moderne des accords Mets\/Vins qui consiste &nbsp;en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver la bonne alchimie entre le plat, le breuvage (pas forc\u00e9ment un vin&#8230;) les go\u00fbts du client et m\u00eame le contexte de la d\u00e9gustation. Merci \u00e0 Alexandre pour sa p\u00e9dagogie et \u00e0 Cassandra pour ses d\u00e9monstrations live, lorsqu&#8217;elle &nbsp;commente au d\u00e9bott\u00e9 un vin qu&#8217;elle goute pour la premi\u00e8re fois!
