Les vins fran\u00e7ais montent rapidement en qualit\u00e9, chaque r\u00e9gion est touch\u00e9e et le paysage gustatif s\u2019\u00e9largit, tout colmlme les capacit\u00e9s d&#8217;export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, \u00e0 l\u2019heure des bouleversements, comment une autorit\u00e9 charg\u00e9e de prot\u00e9ger, d\u00e9fendre, pr\u00e9server, peut int\u00e9grer la n\u00e9cessaire adaptation aux conditions changeantes?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;institution INAO, \u00e9manation du minist\u00e8re de l&#8217;agriculture, saura-t-elle relever les d\u00e9fis qui frappent les vignerons?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment les laisser s&#8217;adapter au d\u00e9reglement climatique sans perdre de vue l&#8217;id\u00e9e de terroir et de typicit\u00e9s?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laurent, bon \u00e9l\u00e8ve, ouvre un Cabernet Franc Martine Bud\u00e9 au Clos de la Niverdi\u00e8re.
